Those who have not yet paid their subscription fee for 2004 (red sticker on the cover) are requested to do it now. It is also time for renewing your subscription for 2005. For each year, the fee is :
- US$26 or € 20 if you pay cash,
- US$26 or € 20 if you pay by credit card ;

In all cases, you should fill in the subscription order form, but read the following instructions before completing the form.

(1) If you pay cash, send in an envelope paper currency : US$26 or € 20.

(2) If you pay by credit card (only or are accepted), indicate the following information on the form of the last page of this issue :
- Total amount of money to be charged
- Card expiry date
- Card holder name
- Card registered address
- Card number
- Signature

(3) If you pay by bank cheques, make US$65 or € 50 payable to Prof. Georges Bernier (see address on the cover).

(4) If you are unable to pay the fee due to foreign currency restrictions and wish to continue to receive the FNL free of charge, you should also fill in the form at the end of this issue.
