THIN SECTIONS

Making < 1 week!

• 30 x 45 mm, glass-covered: 32.20 €
• 45 x 60 mm, glass-covered: 43.7 €
• 60 x 90 mm, glass-covered: 66.7 €
  
• 30 x 45 mm, polished: 40.25 €

* price reductions for long series of samples;

** 10 € for additional surface hardening of sample with resin or for coloration (alizarine, Dickson);

*** 20 € vacuum hardening. If the sample is larger than 10 cm³, price is proportional to the amount of resin used (0.6 €/ml).

(Prices exclude VAT or local taxes).

Petrographical and sedimentological analyses

Detailed petrographic study: 115 € (for one thin section).

Induction bridge Agico KLY-3. Soft or hard rocks.

Prices on quotation.

Theoretical and practical training for professionnals:

• Geology of Wallonia: 1 day theory, 4 days fieldtrip.
• Sedimentary geology: 1 day fieldtrip, 4 days lectures and practical work on microscope.
• Thin section making: 5 days practical work.
