Multiple choice fields

For some fields (thematical codes, countries, continents), it is possible to select several options. To proceed to a multiple choice, select the different options in the list while you are pushing on the CTRL key (apple key with a MacIntosh).

Informations during

It is possible to get informations on the way of filling each field. Place the cursor of the mouse, without cliquing, in the field to fill to display the window containing the help message about this field.

About some fields in particular

Authors : Write the author's name in uppercases, the birthnames in lowercases. Use the comma to separate each author.

The place of edition has to be given in its local form ("Bucuresti" instead of "Bucarest").

Give the exact number or an estimation of maps, tables, graphs and bibliographic items. Keep the field blank if you ignore the information.

For the summaries in other languages, use the following abbreviations : E (English),
F (French), D (German), NL (Dutch), SP (Spanish), I (Italian), R (Russian). In case of summaries in other languages than mentionned above, give the complete word. Use the comma to separate each code.

When introducing geographical descriptors, choose the English or French form for countries citations, the local form for regions and places. Use the asterisk (*) to separate each code.

The thematical codes are numeric and correspond with the chapters of the Bibliography.
