General Information: the official conference language will be English. No simultaneous translation will be provided.

SUBMISSION OF A TITLE OF A PAPER: AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
SUBMISSION OF AN ABSTRACT OF A PAPER:
Abstracts received after JUNE 30, 2013, will not be included in the ABSTRACT BOOK
SUBMISSION OF A DRAFT PAPER:
Draft papers, received after MAY 30, 2013, will not be considered for a Best Paper Award.
Draft papers, received after the conference, AUGUST 15, 2013, will not be considered for publication in the proceedings.
Notification of acceptance of the TITLE OF THE paper TO BE ORALLY PRESENTED AT CASYS'13: BY EMAIL, after receipt of abstract
Acceptance of the title of the paper to be orally presented at CASYS'13 will be notified after the receipt and acceptance of the abstract of the paper to be included in the final CASYS'13 program.
All the accepted abstracts of the papers will be published in the ABSTRACT BOOK distributed to all CASYS'13 participants at the registration front desk during the CASYS'13 conference, August 5-10, 2013.
Awards for the Best Papers: SATURDAY AUGUST 10, 2013
The best papers to be awarded, in each CASYS’13 symposium, will be selected and based on the draft paper and oral presentation by registered authors.
The Best Paper Awards Ceremony will happen on Saturday 10, 2013. Each Laureate of a Best Paper Award will receive a diploma, and the best of the bests, in each symposium, will receive a Crystal Belgium of Val Saint Lambert.
The papers who received a Best Paper Award will be published in the American Institute of Physics Conference Proceedings, on COMPUTING ANTICIPATORY SYSTEMS, Daniel M. Dubois, Editor, 2014.
Notification of acceptance of the paper TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE CASYS'13 PROCEEDINGS: DECEMBER 1, 2013
Only papers orally presented by registered authors will be considered for publication in the CASYS'13 proceedings, in 2014.
Acceptance of the paper for publication in the proceedings will be notified after the review process of the draft paper, before December 1, 2013.
The accepted and invited papers will be published either in the American Institute of Physics Conference Proceedings, on COMPUTING ANTICIPATORY SYSTEMS, edited by Daniel M. Dubois, in 2012, either in the INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF COMPUTING ANTICIPATORY SYSTEMS, Published by ASBL CHAOS, edited by Daniel Dubois, in 2014.
PEER REVIEW PROCESS OF PAPERS
The peer review process of papers are made by at least two anonymous referees. If the two referees do not agree, a third referee is called.
All the authors of papers accept, without condition, the final decision of the referees to accept or reject their paper, and will receive a review report, with the comments of the referees, by the Editor of the proceedings. No other justification will be given in the case of the rejection of a paper.
In submitting a paper, the authors undertake to accept the final decision of the review process without compromising complain of any kind.

I. REGISTRATION
Potential authors and participants are invited to fill the pre-registration form to be on the mailing list of CASYS'11, and to submit a tentative title of a paper: as soon as possible.
All participants and authors of papers are asked to fill the registration form to the conference CASYS'13: before JULY 15, 2013.
Registration can be also made at front desk of the conference.

II. SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS
Each potential author is invited to submit an abstract of his/her paper.

The acceptance of the title of the paper to be included in the program of the conference will be notified to the authors by email after reception of the abstract.
An Abstract Book will be published and distributed to the participants of the Conference.

III. SUBMISSION OF FULL DRAFT PAPERS
Potential authors are invited to submit a draft full paper for presentation at CASYS'13

IV. SUBMISSION OF FINAL CAMERA-READY PAPERS
The instructions for preparing the final paper, in a camera-ready form for the proceedings, of the accepted papers, will be given with the comments of the referees for improving the paper, before December 1, 2013.
The proceedings will be published after the conference, in 2014.
